Multi-tenant or single-tenant?
For most SaaS products under 1,000 tenants, multi-tenant with Postgres RLS is the right choice — it's simpler, cheaper, and scales well. For enterprise clients with strict data isolation requirements (regulated industries, government), we offer single-tenant or hybrid deployments. We can also support both models from the same codebase with feature flags.
Stripe or custom billing?
Stripe Billing is our default — it handles taxes, dunning, proration, and invoicing out of the box. For complex usage-based pricing or non-card payment methods, we layer Chargebee or custom logic on top. For B2B SaaS with quote-based pricing, we integrate with HubSpot CPQ + Stripe.
How do you handle SSO?
We use Clerk or Auth0 for SSO/SAML/OIDC, with SCIM for automated user provisioning. For enterprise plans, we support Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and custom IdPs. SSO is typically a tier-2 or enterprise feature — we architect for it from day one but gate it behind your pricing.
