Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy. We collect the minimum needed, never sell your data, and respect your rights.
Last updated: January 2025
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us — for example, when you fill out our contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, or email us. This typically includes your name, email address, company, and any project details you choose to share. We also collect limited analytics data about how you use our website, such as page views, referrer, and approximate geographic region (country-level).
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, send you updates you've opted into, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever. We do not use your data to train AI models without explicit consent.
3. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses privacy-respecting analytics that do not set cross-site tracking cookies. We use first-party cookies for essential functionality (such as remembering your menu state) and a privacy-friendly analytics tool that aggregates data without identifying individual users. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting core functionality.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as email delivery and hosting), under contracts that restrict their use of the data. We may disclose information when required by law, but we will challenge requests that we believe are improper.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or restrict our use of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@infinitycodelabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
As a ThreatNova Security company, security is in our DNA. We use TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypt sensitive data at rest, and undergo regular security audits. We've never had a data breach, and we intend to keep it that way. In the event of a breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours in accordance with GDPR Article 34.
